BarSport Terms of Service

1. Real-World Conduct & Liability

BarSport is a digital matchmaking and queueing utility. We do not own, operate, or staff the physical venues where these games take place.

• You agree to abide by the physical rules of the host venue.
• BarSport is not liable for any real-world disputes, physical altercations, injuries, or damages to bar property (e.g., broken pool cues, damaged dartboards) resulting from a BarSport match. Keep it competitive, but keep it clean.

2. The BarSport Elite Subscription

• Billing: BarSport Elite is an auto-renewing monthly subscription ($4.99/mo). Payment will be charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your device's subscription settings. You will retain Elite access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds.

3. Anti-Cheat & Account Termination

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for Elo manipulation.

• Falsifying match results, exploiting the Handshake Protocol, or colluding with other players to boost Clan XP will result in a permanent hardware and account ban.
• Venue Admins possess the authority to manually remove disruptive players from their digital queues.

4. Software "As Is"

BarSport is provided "as is" without warranties. If your cellular connection drops in a basement pub and you miss your 30-second queue window, we are not liable for your loss of position.
